Brilliant company. All my questions were answered personally and quickly. The collar is very cute, soft, and well made. They even removed a metal stud in case my dog was allergic. Vicki was fantastic throughout and even recommended a product for my dog’s paws.

We recently bought 4 collars for our pups. We absolutely love them. The colors really stand out. Everywhere we go we get compliments. The quality is amazing. We have washed them a couple times and they are still as beautiful as the first day.
