If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns and exchanges need to be within 10 days after purchase and in new, unused condition with hang tags attached and accompanied by receipt. We do not refund shipping costs.
If there is a product defect, we need the merchandise returned to Merry Jane & Thor for review prior to an exchange. If you have a problem with your product, we reserve the right to determine the origin of the defect. If it is determined to be a manufacturer defect, we reserve the right to choose to repair the damage or provide a replacement. We do not accept returns from regular wear and tear or rough wear of products, including scratching or biting of collars.
Merry Jane & Thor is not responsible for shipping and handling charges that are associated with returns and exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
ShippingYou should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
